There are several rating mechanisms which identify and rank healthy schools based on different criteria. Some of the most common rating systems are:
- The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating SystemŽ is a voluntary, consensus-based national standard for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings.
